Specifying Monogramming
Please fill out the form below to specify
the monogramming for all of the items on your order.
We will need:
Your
name, address, phone number and e-mail address that you used
when you made you payment so that we can contact you with any
questions or clarifications. Each
item number you
ordered, the font style and
initials, letters or words to be monogrammed.
The fonts can be viewed at the bottom of the page. Please specify the
letters to be monogrammed or written.
If you have questions
or prefer to give your instructions in person please call us (see the
"Contact Us" page) or just put the words "Please Call Me" in the
Specifications area. Once you complete the
information in the form, please click the submit button to send an
e-mail to us with your specific instructions.
