Payment Options
We accept payments through PayPal which includes Visa, MasterCard, Amex
and Discover.
Shipping
Upon receipt of your order, in-stock merchandise is processed and
shipped within 7-10 business days. Please note that we CANNOT ship to
P.O. Boxes. If your item is unavailable due to stock supplies, you have
the option of keeping the order for future shipping or canceling the
order. You will be notified right away with this information.
Standard shipping is $6.50 per order
Most jewelry items will be shipped directly to you by USPS
Priority Mail
Monogrammed Jewelry will be shipped directly to you by UPS 2nd Day Air
Monogrammed Acrylics will be shipped directly to you by UPS
If you need something sooner, please e-mail us and we will be happy to
arrange shipping for next-day air. Charges will vary due to locations.
Return and Exchange Policies
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. To achieve this goal, we are
happy to offer a full refund on products returned within 14 days of the
date the item was shipped. . Monogrammed items are not returnable unless
there is a mistake in monogramming. SilverWear is not responsible for
customer error in ordering monogrammed items so please check orders
carefully.
Returned items must be new and unused and in unworn condition. “New and
unused” means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the
item, there are no signs of wear on the products and the product must
not have been altered in any way.
Returned items must be accompanied by their original documentation.
All items returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or credit
at your option. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price, less
shipping and handling, will be credited to the same form of payment used
for the purchase.
Here is the simple process for returns.
1. E-mail us to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
The number must be written on your original invoice.
2. Repack the product in its original packaging materials including the
original invoice.
3. Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a
track able carrier such as US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx
to SilverWear 145 Fernhill Ct. Roswell, GA 30075
In no event will SilverWear be responsible for return shipping losses.
We will not accept any items that are not returned in the manner set
forth.
It takes approximately 5 days to process your refund once the item is
back in our possession. You will be notified of the status of your
return by E-mail.
